Hi Simon, I went through the code and made a number of changes and cleanups.

The biggest change is that I renamed SkewSymmetric to SkewHermitian and allowed the type to be complex. The sktrd! function only supports SkewHermitian{<:Real}, but it seemed like a good idea to future-proof the type in case we ever want to support complex skew-Hermitian matrices.
