Portable Windows x64 native parser for the initial public tokenAtlas source snapshot.
This parser release is marked as a prerelease; it is not a stable application release.

  • Validation: 21 parser tests; the source snapshot's scoped application checks are recorded in VERIFICATION.md.

The source launcher's release manifest downloads the matching standalone EXE
and checks its SHA-256. For a self-contained manual download, choose the ZIP:
it contains the same EXE, Apache-2.0 project license, NOTICE and upstream notices
for all 53 dependencies in the actual Windows build graph. SHA256SUMS.txt
lists both download hashes. Preserve the notices when redistributing.

No macOS or Linux binaries are included. The full cross-platform dependency
inventory and its unresolved other-target notice entries are documented in the
source. No private development history, landing website or installation data
is part of this release.
