central heating thermostat + TRV

I have TRV valves as well as the main boiler thermostat, which effectively provides a ceiling for the TRV outputs. The single central heating thermostat is wireless and can be moved.

How should I treat this central thermostat in Better Thermostat - I have many temp/humidity sensors and understand how to add AC units per room as cooling devices but the documentation doesn't appear to cover the use case for central thermostat plus TRVs from a different vendor that aren't integrated into the central thermostat (relying on HA for the integration)

I see discussion in old topics but no clear outcome, suggest that docs could be improved in this area
