- Move scripts/ directory to src/scripts/ for proper package structure - Switch from hatchling to uv build backend in pyproject.toml - Add src/cairo_coder/__init__.py and src/scripts/__init__.py for module initialization - Configure uv.build-backend with module-root and module-name settings - Preserve all script functionality and CLI entry points
