The repo for our theme was deleted

CSS is broken because some cdn doesnt host it anymore. I haven't had time to look into how it's generated, but a fix would be to host the css in this repo. Here is my cached file css for reference https://gist.github.com/Matistjati/a4ad50ec7d5417481665768d8edb935e

Update: now it's back. I don't want to close this issue just yet, because this might be a sign that we should self-host the css and other relevant files? Not sure if it's worth the effort, but it's also annoying for the spec to randomly break.

Keeping the spec self-contained certainly seems wise to me.
