Get Plate Command

This command retrieves a plate from Hotel 1 and places it in the transfer position. It will perform the following actions in order:
- Takes a plate from Hotel 1 and moves to the front grippers.
- Closes grippers and moves the arm to the transfer position.
- Opens arm grippers and moves the arm to a safe position.
The Get Plate command works together with the Return Plate to return a plate and retrieve a plate from the next stack. This forms the basic command loop for the Scorpion instrument.
