When called rear hotel lifter moves up supports the plates in the hotel, opens the plate locks and drives the plates up to the top position and closes the locks and moves down to the home position.
This command is used in sequence with the Get Plate and Return Plate when the scorpion is in lidded mode to retrieve a plate from the rear stacker.
