Alarm

Alarms are a modification of the standard dart Timer class. They can be used like timers, waiting a certain duration until firing a callback, however with a few differences.
First off, Alarms do not start their countdown until Alarm.start() is called. This means they can be created well in advance, and then only start their countdown when required.
Secondly, there are 2 variants of Alarms, Duration alarms and DateTime alarms
