Rename the last_modified field to if_match.

Different things to do:

• the if_match value should be checked and not quoted twice (see utils.quote);
• All the last_modified fields should be renamed;

In every kinto client methods you have the safe and last_modified parameter.

Most of the time, this value should be either the previous last_modified value of the record or the one for the collection of records.

This make sure that you do the action if the record didn't change in between (and let you handle race conditions)

It is the case here for instance

As @almet said, setting last_modified does not obviously means that we are talking about the if_match header

The propositioon is to change the method last_modified parameter to rename it if_match instead.
