Command Room — v2.7.23

Claude as your chief of staff. A Cowork plugin that turns a folder of notes, transcripts, and emails into an executive workspace — meeting prep, morning briefings, follow-ups, board updates, voice-calibrated writing, decision logging, weekly insights.

This repo is the pinned v2.7.23 marketplace. Each Command Room release ships as its own GitHub repo / Cowork marketplace — every install gets a clean cache, no update-cache fights with prior versions.

Install

1. Open Cowork → Settings (gear icon) → Plugins
2. Paste KobeLives/commandroom2723 into the marketplace input and press Add
3. Find the command-room card under Personal → Local uploads → commandroom2723
4. Click + to install
5. Close Settings and start a new session

What's new in v2.7.23

Workspace ingest now handles ChatGPT exports. New Parser E detects unzipped OpenAI ChatGPT export folders and extracts people, project clusters, decisions, commitments, interaction events, and ChatGPT memory. Designed for the migration use case — users moving from ChatGPT to Claude/Cowork who want their accumulated context seeded into Command Room rather than starting cold.

Trigger phrases: ingest folder [path], ingest my chatgpt export, ingest chatgpt history, pull in my chatgpt, import chatgpt.

Updating to a future version

Each release is a new marketplace URL (e.g. KobeLives/commandroom2724 for v2.7.24). To upgrade, remove this marketplace from Cowork and add the new one. Clean install every time.

Previous releases

Versions v2.7.7 through v2.7.14.1 shipped from KobeLives/command-room-releases (now frozen). v2.7.15 through v2.7.22 were local-only — their changes are rolled into v2.7.23.
