Fix loading TeX Gyre Pagella fonts

This fixes loading TeX Gyre Pagella fonts on case-sensitive filesystems (typically on Linux). This failed because the OTF files were incorrectly named "TexGyrePagella..." where it should be "TeXGyrePagella...".
