kotlin-lsp fails to start: fetching RELEASES.md returns 429 Too Many Requests

It showed when installing the Kotlin plugin on Zed (zed-extensions/kotlin#52).

Here are the logs from the Language Servers tab:

Seems to be a transient GitHub issue. I don't think we could do anything about it. Thanks for reporting anyway!
