Moved smoke tests from https://github.com/fzhinkin/kotlinx-io-release-smoke-test and slightly reshaped them along the way.
Tests still gives that duck-taped feeling, but it works and will allow us to remove dependency on an external repo (because
fzhinkinis not a trusted person!) from CI.Closes #370
