Reports filtering

It is necessary to add the ability to specify filters for including or excluding classes, functions and (possibly) line numbers for getting into the report or calculating coverage verification.

One particular thing I'd love to see is the ability to filter by git diff in a CI environment

e.g., "lines modified in the diff between this PR and main should have >X% coverage"
