Cannot paste key code for activation

The key code I was sent amounts to about 230 characters. I can copy the code from my e-mail but cannot paste it on the 'Activate Jasna' page (nor can I paste my e-mail for that matter). I can paste it elswhere, such as Notepad. What am I doing wrong?
