Added ColoredRaw and UnColoredRaw in compiler_base_error::emitter::Destination to redirection.
Added a method emit_diagnostic_to_uncolored_text to redirect diagnostic emit information to uncolored string.
Rename TerminalEmitter to EmitterWriter.
