0.6.6 - Logics and Performance
Performance and stuttering
- Numerous changes have been made to the logic for saving and updating information;
previously, this had caused frequent, brief freezes on some systems. - Closed interfaces no longer build map snapshots. Retrying a deferred offer does not recalculate the entire campaign.
- Fixed Papyrus array checks, repeated command resets, and unnecessary updates for idle troops.
Thanks for your advice, PhospheneOverdrive
Relationships and diplomacy
- Fixed causes of repeated assessments of unchanged relationship history.
- Improved history fingerprinting and preserved assessment retry/cooldown state across saves.
- Fixed UTF-8 explanation-length handling, including Cyrillic text.
- Clarified the distinction between personal affection, reputation, rank, and political authority.
- Authority-transfer, territorial-concession, and puppet-rule actions now use JobJarlFaction for eligibility. Actual authority and ownership checks remain enforced during execution.
Trade and NPC construction
- Added an explicit trade-action format specifying the resource, daily quantity, price per unit, and delivery direction.
- Up to four agreed trade terms can be submitted through one action and player confirmation.
- Improved JSON validation and support for opposite-direction deliveries of the same resource.
- NPC rulers receive economically motivated negotiation opportunities based on stock, demand, treasury funds, and relationships.
- Persistent trade routes require a proposal, a reply, and validated acceptance. Old conversations do not retroactively create agreements.
- NPC construction AI (not LLM) considers economic and military needs while reserving development funds and materials.
- Buildings consume actual gold, resources, and action points.
Campaign map and political biographies
- Added geographic district names to district information and territorial negotiations. Map numbers and technical IDs remain unchanged.
- The borders of the holds have been slightly adjusted to align with the actual situation in the lore.
- Political bioblocks now use a compact Markdown heading
0.6.5 - Feauture Update
Well, I can say it
Our first "Feauture Update"
Finally
FOMOD INSTALLER
Now you can acquire new territories without armed conflict.
Another Jarl might simply agree to cede some territory to you or even place themselves entirely under your rule.
In the latter case, there are two options: a full, formal absorption of the faction or the creation of a puppet state. With the puppet state option, only you and the figurehead ruler would be aware of the agreement and who is truly in charge. In the former case, a record of the transfer of authority becomes a part of World Knowledge.
NPC info is now have "Bio-Block" form, not just prompt injection.
at least, it should
You can now add each NPC to your faction and set their rank.
You can now return occupied territories to their owners, even if you have conquered the entire faction.
perhaps today you are the kind type of overlord
The occupied territories are marked in a different color.
Fixed an issue with constant attempts to place a military camp.
I hope so. If not, these camps can now be disabled in the Settings → General → Regional military camps
disabled by default
API is updated
0.6.43
- Just some prompt-injection optimisation
who actually needs to overpay for unnecessary information ending up in an NPC's prompt?
- Additional protection against attempts to read deleted Base Forms
This could cause crashes for some users.
INSTALL AFTER 0.6.4
0.6.4 Hotfix
Just a fix for a persistent error in calculating rank and reputation within a faction. It happened because... well, who cares? You won't get those "action availability check" errors anymore. Hopefully.
The check for a player's reputation relative to other holdings has also been slightly modified to avoid unnecessary calls and save tokens.
0.6.4
- Some UI improvements
you can now close unnecessary panels on the map screen.
- Patch for VR users
maybe FOMOD later...
- You can rename your custom faction now.
why didn't I do this sooner?
- Hotkey-set fixes.
now you can set any key you want. I think so...
- Reputation and faction-rank API
maybe someone would need it

Political Engine - Quick Guide
1. Open settings through MCM → Political Engine, or use the MCM button to open PrismaUI. Enable the features you want: letters, economy and military campaigns.
2. Set up your mail. Choose a delivery method and place a postal station through MCM. All stations share one inventory. Interact with the owl to write a letter: select a recipient, enter your message and click Send.
3. Receive letters. The AI considers a sender and topic at the configured interval. Not every check produces a letter. Replies to active correspondence are processed separately. Use the owl to write answers.
4. Manage your realm on the map. Click a region to select it. Right-click to open its tabs: Overview, Economy, Buildings, Diplomacy and Army. Double-click a region containing your troops to start movement, then select a neighboring region and the number of soldiers.
5. Develop your economy. Deposit gold into the treasury, recruit soldiers and construct buildings using money, resources and turn points. Your stocks appear at the top. Turn points replenish on the configured daily cycle; you can also end your turn manually.
6. Conduct diplomacy and warfare. Negotiate with jarls through letters or personal conversations using SkyrimNet actions. War declarations require player confirmation. Join a prepared battle by following its quest marker, or choose Auto-battle.
