[Improvement] Fix progress bar refreshing due to new messages

What is the purpose here
It is visually more interesting if the progress bar continue to load without refreshing the terminal.
This is caused by the new messages that are placed in the screen (coming from warning, etc) and make the terminal to refresh the status.

Make an improvement to avoid messages to show up during progress bar execution.
