Issues with item and key item receipt confirmation after May 2026 Version Update #10067?

Has anyone else been having odd issues with the messages in the chat log after obtaining items/key items following the May 2026 version update? I'm getting messages like "You do not have enough gil" or when adding an item, I get the message, "Obtained gil."

It's still functional. The messages are just off. I've uploaded a small example below.
