Kaiser 1.0.1

Easier installing: the game is not signed by a registered Apple / Microsoft developer, so a zip downloaded in the browser gets blocked (macOS may refuse to open it at all). Install with one command instead; downloads made this way are not flagged:

• macOS (Terminal): curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LarsGehrmann/Kaiser-decompile/main/install-mac.sh | bash (Classic: ... | bash -s classic)
• Windows (PowerShell): irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/LarsGehrmann/Kaiser-decompile/main/install-windows.ps1 | iex (Classic: run $env:KAISER_EDITION = 'Classic' first)

Fixed

• Remastered on Windows: black squares instead of the pictures in dialogs (troop grids, portraits, unit card, icons).

The zips below work as before (see the README for opening them despite the warning). Classic is unchanged apart from the version number.
