I don't see a user setting for that behavior. The setting documented as Force Auto-Caps is under From the current keyboard state code, Shift has separate states for:
A normal tap on Shift from the base alphabet layout goes into manual shifted mode. Double-tapping Shift is what enters caps lock. So if a single Shift tap stays uppercase after typing the next letter, that looks more like a bug/state-machine issue than a missing setting. One quick thing to check: if you are using a custom layout, make sure the Shift key is still defined as the real shift key ( |

As title says if I want to capitalise a word I have to press shift and then press shift again to turn caps off, cannot seem to find a setting to turn this off?
