Below will be a few steps to get you started!

1. Create an account.

2. Choose workout or nutrition.

3. For nutrition, input your personal information, including your age, gender, height, weight, and weight goal (e.g. maintain weight, lose weight, gain weight).

4. Set up your daily calorie and macronutrient goals. The app will calculate these goals based on your personal information and weight goal.

5. For workouts, start tracking your workouts by selecting the type of exercise, the number of sets and reps, and the weight used. You can also choose from a list of pre-populated exercises.

6. Check your progress by reviewing your exercise and nutrition logs to help you see how you are progressing towards your weight goal.
