Glow Ores White is a resource pack for Minecraft Java Edition 26.1.2 that makes ore blocks glow with a white emissive light.

The ore part of each block — the speckles and their outline — emits a white glow at full brightness, so ores stay visible even in pitch-black caves. The surrounding stone, deepslate, and netherrack stay normally lit. That's all it does: it helps you spot and mine ores in the dark.

The glow uses Minecraft's native emissive block models (no OptiFine, no shaders, no mods required). It covers all 18 ore types: coal, iron, copper, gold, redstone, lapis, diamond, and emerald — each in its overworld and deepslate form — plus nether gold and nether quartz.

1. Download the latest release from the Releases page
2. Place the .zip file in your Minecraft resource packs folder:
   • Windows: %APPDATA%\.minecraft\resourcepacks\
   • macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/resourcepacks/
   • Linux: ~/.minecraft/resourcepacks/
3. Restart Minecraft and select the resource pack in Settings > Resource Packs
