Setup link on Summary and Setup is not found

At the top of https://librarycarpentry.org/lc-sql, the "Before you start" callout links to a setup page (https://librarycarpentry.org/lc-sql/setup.html), but the link is not found. The corresponding file looks to have moved to the learners folder and content there used to populate the index page. Easiest to remove the callout?
