Add multiple uploaders to the map, optimize

What does this PR do?

This PR speeds up the time it takes for map or optimize to finish but making the number of uploaders customizable. The default is 5 to ensure fluidity.

Additionally, I am exposing the time to make debugging simpler and properly reset the worker rank.
