Hi everyone! I'm Liz - Francisco's co-conspirator on this. My quick bio is that I started in behavioral ecology, studying wrasses, then got pulled out of science and into ocean conservation, where I rapidly learned the importance of persuasive communication. Ever since then, I've been working to bridge theory & practice to help researchers be more effective in their public engagement efforts. This project is a natural continuation of my efforts to demolish false dichotomies between science and communication.
