[Enhancement] Optimize folder selection in apk #106

Summary
Add an option for keeping the last save folder selected
Motivation
It often happens that I save more than one URL from the same website. E.g. news sites, f-droid apps or github projects etc... It's a waste of time and clicks having to select the same specific save folder every time.
Proposed Solution
One basic way would be to keep the last save folder selected.
A second "advanced" option would be adding rules. E.g. urls from https://f-droid.org are saved to "f-droid" save folder by default etc...
In this way users will have to select save folder only for occasional websites, not for those we visit everyday.
BTW this tool is amazingly promising !!!
