docs: update Wiki for current Li+ state
Wiki 3箇所を現状に合わせて更新。
- _Footer: 全ページナビゲーションリンク追加（5→10ページ）
- 2.-Task: 言語レイヤー分離のハードコード「日本語」を LI_PLUS_PROJECT_LANGUAGE に統一
- A.-Concept: モデル互換性テーブルを刷新（Claude Code Opus 4.6 推奨）

liplus-language docs/ を正本として GitHub Wiki mirror を更新し、Notifications layer の新規ページと関連ページの更新を反映した。
release v1.6.4 / issue #786 に対応する mirror 更新として、Home / Model / Operations / Adapter も同期している。

Sync wiki with docs/ — replace all pages with layered structure
docs/ 正本からWikiを全面差し替え。
旧ページ構成（0.-Requirements, B.-Liplus_core, C.-Operational_GitHub, D.-Li+config, E.-Installation, F.-hooks-spec, G.-Operations）を削除し、
レイヤー構成（1.-Model, 2.-Task, 3.-Operations, 4.-Adapter）+ 参考文書（A.-Concept, B.-Configuration, C.-Installation）へ移行。

Wiki mirrorのページ構成を現行docsのB/C/D/E/F/Gへ同期した。
