Made nether structures generate even closer with separation (average chunk distance) of 12.
Made bastions generateable in basalt deltas biome.
Decrease hay pile odds a bit in villages.

Improved village structure generation by making it more likely to contain a weaponsmith structure.
Disabled Desert and Taiga Villages as they're not fun.
Provided more hay bales for food in villages.
Removed mineshafts and dungeons as they mess up preemptive scan.
Fixed bug with not loading saved config properly.
