I use a convention where the primary file for a given folder is "README", but some higher level folders have a .base card layout AND a README, but for those particular folders, I want to use the .base as the overview/note.
Perhaps this could be done via the file tree context menu - ie. a "Use as Note" entry, which would also exclude it from auto-renaming rules etc.
