Description
The following was requested by email:
I recently installed Luxcore for Blender. Everytime I try to use Luxcore the renderer locks up when it is compiling OpenCL. I figured this is because of the Intel onboard graphics. I switched of the automatic graphics card switching option on my macbook. Still to without results. I noticed Luxcore is writing a new folder every time it is compiled. There is a Radeaon folder and an Intel graphics folder... How can I keep luxcore away from compiling for the Intel onboard graphics since this seems to be the problem.
Operating System: macOS, version TBD
Blender version: TBD
BlendLuxCore version: TBD
Pyluxcore version: TBD
CPU and GPU model: intel UHD 630 + radeon 5500m
Follow-up questions asked by email:
- Missing BLC version
- How long was waited for the compilation to succeed
- If compiled from source (recent lifting of intel restrictions in working branches)
- GPU device information displayed in Blender
