Build a pack, try a change, undo it

Modspire 0.2.98 makes Minecraft Java pack planning easier to recover and share.

  • Undo / redo your mod selection: recover individual removals, batch additions or an accidentally cleared pack. Use the toolbar or Ctrl/Cmd+Z, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+Z / Ctrl+Y outside text fields.
  • Name your pack variants: save “Performance” or “With magic” in Pack Lab. Restoring a variant first backs up the current pack.
  • Share a useful mod list: copied lists include project links, Minecraft version, loader and dependency labels.
  • Safer dependency updates: late responses cannot overwrite undo, clearing or restored snapshots; dependencies are recalculated for the restored selection.

Selection history keeps 30 changes in the current session and resets when the pack or game setup changes, or the app restarts. Saved snapshots remain the option for persistent variants.

Try it

  1. Download Modspire-0.2.98-Portable.exe below and open it on Windows x64; no installer is needed.
  2. Choose your Minecraft version and loader, search Modrinth and add a few candidates. Catalog search needs no AI account.
  3. Remove a mod and try Undo, or save a named variant in Pack Lab.

Validation and files

All 47 test files passed, including real Electron/local-browser storage and all four UI layouts. Windows portable packaging succeeded; packaged runtime files match the tested source. Assets include the portable EXE, complete project source and SHA-256 checksums.

Community test build: Modspire plans and organizes packs; it does not install a Minecraft loader or guarantee that a pack starts. The sample browser demo does not reproduce every desktop feature. Original code is MIT licensed; a bundled sign-in component has separate noncommercial terms. See the repository's licensing notices.
