Skill Bundle Check v0.15.0

What's new

• Add check-agent --agent all to show every built-in agent profile's documented global or project path for one Skill in a single read-only report.
• List copies found in other known roots so a misplaced Skill is easier to locate.
• Keep filesystem findings separate from runtime discovery: the report does not prove that an agent loaded or used a Skill.
• Handle missing path components while checking symlink routes, so an absent agent directory does not stop the whole scan.
• Include the current doctor command in the release source.

For --agent all, missing locations are report findings and do not produce a failing exit code. The command returns 2 when a path cannot be inspected.
