I simply cannot open the software, no matter what!

I downloaded the compressed archive for version 2.15.7. At my workplace, I was able to open it normally and select the "portable" option; however, after returning home, my computer is unable to open it at all. I even tried redownloading and reinstalling the application, but the issue remains unresolved. I have updated my .NET Framework to version 9.0, and I also have the necessary Visual C++ Redistributables installed. The following is the error message generated by Windows—please help me!

Additionally, my work computer is a regular Intel processor with integrated graphics, while my home computer is an Intel processor with a 5070gpu. The 5070's driver version is 591.74, and I've disabled GPU acceleration in Windows settings following some tutorials.

Your home PC is missing necessary windows updates that your work PC has (or the work PC is running Windows 11).
