There are many old links to /pages/conduct in old blog posts – I can fix these separately; not sure how to do a redirect /pages/conduct --> /conduct. I could also put a placeholder /pages/conduct.md page that explains that this was where the old CoC lived and that the new one is /conduct. |

I am merging these minimal fixes and then we can worry about everything else later. |
