RTD build fails when MDA 2.10.0 required #431
Description
RTD build as part of PR #430 fails https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/mdanalysisuserguide/builds/30145577/ because MDA 2.10.0 is needed but not available with current RTD 2.10.0.
Solution: update our RTD builds to more recent python (eg 3.13).
