Even if the Slave was disabled, it was trying to connect to it and throwing warnings
Removed composer.lock totally
Fixed a bug in the notifications class, that was throwing misleading errors.

In the future I might rewrite the error handling depending on my time

.gitignore composer.lock, and remove composer.lock from repo
…d of returning false it was returning the this->sqlError.... which by then was returning the return false, the problem was the log in the cron that was misleading, took 2 days figuring this one out
