This takes care of the last major refactor, the XAML. Now that the GUI is settled it was time.

This helps fix one of the last TBDs, normalizing the right hand sides and a slight esthetic upgrade to the graph. Added the ability to set the background color in Settings.

To install QA40xPlot download the below ZIP file. Open it and run the embedded MSI file. When you get a security warning click the "More Info" button to continue.
