This is a guide on how to enter works in the database.
- Work
- Creator
- Year (no text)
- Publication type
- URL
- Description
- Themes (missing definitions, revisits)
- Technologies used and referenced (revisits)
- Character (missing definitions, revisits)
- Sentiment (revisits)
- Situation (missing definitions)
- Quotes
- Screenshot and multimedia
Note on the editorial status: The default when you create a new work is "draft". This means that you're still working on it. When you have entered the Work, the Situation(s) and possibly Characters, you can change the status to either "Needs discussion" (you're unsure about this and want a second opinion) or "One person feels OK with this" (self-explanatory?). If two people agree on all connections to a Work, change the status to "Two or more people have agreed upon this". You can also retag a Work with "Needs discussion" if you see something that needs to be discussed, even if you haven't entered it.
