Improved Plugin Detection

This will be added in 20.7.2!

Plugin Parameters

The ability to modify parameters of plugins from the script. This would allow for deeper integration with many plugins (both built-in and 3rd party)

Update Checker

The script checks for updates on start-up. This requires access to URLLIB and JSON Python modules, which aren't included in FL's Python Implementation.
