Is there a way to define the variables when creating a new PHP file?

I would like to set a value for {CURRENT_YEAR}, {author_fullname} and {author_link} so that when I create a PHP file it will be filled automatically. Is there a way to do it?

I had not thought of that possibility.

At the moment I wouldn't have but I will try to add it in a future update.
