CB 1.7.2-R0.3 changes commandmap structure and commands in general, providing the ability for server admins to prioritize commands however they wish. The new system in Bukkit allows for server admins to define a specific plugin's commands as the priority (So they could, for instance, define /f to always use factions regardless of what plugin got there first). Thus, there is no need for the system of ninja-prioritizing all mcore commands anymore! :)
