Diff all files

I would be cool to have a way to run a diff on **all the things** (except the app folder – and lib/ maybe?) or something like that. Many times I don't know what changed, so just show me everything that's different (dotfiles, Docker stuff, files under config/, etc).

Maybe `all` ins't the best name, since it's not literally all? I'm open to suggestions.
