Also adds a test to check that the RSS feed generated correctly, a pre-commit hook to run the test on commit, and a github-actions config to run the check on push, pull.
I might scrap the pre-commit hook at some point, the rendering step adds a ~10s delay on committing which might get pretty annoying.
