β Calculated measure were created using #DAX
β Utilized #PowerPivot for summarizing data
β Explored #PowerView for #Visualizing the data graphically

Upon reviewing the dashboard
Dashboard: Home:
π― Total call by day (column chart)- Display column chart that shows total no. of calls each day over specified time period.
π― Total calls by state (filled map chart)- Create filled map chart that visualizes that no. of calls, received from different state.
π― Total reason for calls (tree map)- Implement tree map chart to display top reason for calls. Each box in tree represent call reason.
π― Total calls by channel (donut chart)- Create donut chart to showcase the distribution of calls by different communication.
π― Total calls by sentiment (column chart)- Utilize a column chart to illustrate distribution of calls by sentiment (Ex: Positive, Negative, Neutral).
π― Total calls by call center (bar chart)- Create a bar chart that present total no. of calls handled by each call center or department.
Dashboard: Grid:
π― Table- Create a grid dashboard displaying a table of all details in Power Bi. This should allow user to export grid for various filter applied.
π― Card- Create card view dashboard and displayed a call with no score and created another one core that displayed the call with a score.
π― Slicer new card- With the help of slicer new card displayed total no. of score that how may user as got.
With initiative visuals and interactive features, our team can monitor key performance metrics, track customer interactions and enhance overall efficiency.
