Vamp Assistant 0.10.39 · iOS provider setup

iOS distribution update — October 1, 2026: Public IPA downloads have been retired as distribution moves to the App Store. Official App Store links will be shared when available. Historical release notes and source code remain available.

Vamp Assistant 0.10.39 adds provider setup to the native iPhone and iPad app.

• Browse and search built-in API providers and compatible services, with connection status from the paired Mac.
• Save, replace, or remove API keys from iOS. Keys are stored in the Mac Keychain and are never returned to the phone.
• Configure a custom OpenAI-compatible base URL from iOS, and add a model ID when a provider does not publish a usable model list.
• Refresh available models after provider changes and hide saved gateway models when their key is removed.

Install the matching Mac app and iOS app to use phone-side provider setup. The Mac DMG is an Apple Development-signed preview for Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later; it is not notarized. The iOS IPA is unsigned for re-signing with AltStore, SideStore, Sideloadly, or a personal signing profile, and requires iOS/iPadOS 18 or later.

Validation: macOS focused provider catalog and authenticated remote-host tests passed; the iOS device build passed. Live provider credential checks require each provider's own key and service. Physical iPhone pairing remains to be validated on device.
