Description
Modify the nightly testing infrastructure so that it can run from github. This works by creating an
auto-testing-git.cronfile which can then be installed. Thefcmversion (copied from the existing file) also creates a.cronfile which can be installed alongside, allowing testing from both fcm and git as we migrate.
