Unable to start service after deleting vpn config

Can not add the vpn config back even if I reinstall the app. Nothing happen when I tap the start button. Now I am finding ways to fix this.

And additionally, I am suspecting that some system-level leftover is still present when it was stopped unexpectedly, which make some other vpn app failed to work.

Solved the first issue by clearing storage/data and reinstalling clash meta.The second issue is still a problem but some evidences confirm no relation with clash.
