Releases 0.5.0 version of @metamask/gator-permissions-controller.

Note

Publish @metamask/gator-permissions-controller@0.5.0 with a fix and breaking messenger event requirements, update @metamask/signature-controller to depend on it, and bump monorepo version to 685.0.0.

      • Fix: no pending revocation when user cancels a transaction.
      • BREAKING: messenger must allow TransactionController:transactionApproved and TransactionController:transactionRejected events.
      • Update changelog links.
    • @metamask/signature-controller:
      • Update peer/dev dependency on @metamask/gator-permissions-controller to ^0.5.0.
  • Monorepo:
    • Bump root package.json version to 685.0.0.
