Adds a redelegation guide for Smart Accounts Kit and links it in the Delegation guides sidebar.

    • Explains creating redelegations with createDelegation using parentDelegation.
    • Includes examples for root delegation (Alice→Bob) and redelegation (Bob→Carol) with ERC-20 spending limits and updated config for Carol's smart account.
